After two and a half years with the Dallas band Valve, Ian Messerli chose to put his own group together. The first incarnation of 100 Proof Hero was short lived, but very well received. The original line up went on to pursue other interests, but three of the members subsequently reunited. Founding members Ian Messerli, John Gonzales and Doug Frank returned with the help of Steve Rasmussen and Jason Pyles. If you want a flashback to the great days of modern music with a new twist, 100 Proof Hero is the band for you.
