of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area and 18 years
of age or older, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents,
siblings, and children) of Pegasus News,
Inc dba TexasGigs, Dallas Basketball
Limited dba Dallas Mavericks, the National Basketball Association and its
Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. (3) To enter, go to www.texasgigs .com for complete details and rules. Entries must be received by Monday, April 3, 2006, midnight. There
is no limit to the number of entries. Submission of entries will be accepted till Monday, April 3, 2006. From
April 4, 2006 through Friday, April 17, 2006, nineteen (19) entrants will narrowed
down to one (1) winner by a combined online vote representing 49%
and a vote of four celebrities (chosen by the Dallas Mavericks) representing
51%. The winner will be notified by Tuesday,
April 18, 2006. In the event the
winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize the next song with the highest amount of combined online & celebrity
votes will be chosen. (4) On line
registration, log onto www.texasgigs.com or mail to TexasGigs c/o Dallas Mavericks 2006 Playoff Theme Contest,
8140 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, Texas 75231 and fill out all data in
required fields; first and last name, address, city, state, zip, primary phone
with area code, email address and format preference, date of birth, gender,
date registered and âAgreement For The Right To Use Musicâ form. (5) The winner will be named as the creator of
the âThe Official Dallas Mavericks 2006 Playoff Theme Songâ, will receive four
(4) tickets to a select Dallas Mavericks game during the 2005-2006 Dallas
Mavericks Season, have their winning song played during a select time(s) at a
Dallas Mavericks 2006 Playoff game(s), and have the opportunity to perform
their winning song live at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas at a
designated location and game to be determined by the Dallas Mavericks. The winning prize is non-transferable to
any other person, including relatives or friends. (6) Winner is solely responsible for all
applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the
game, unless otherwise indicated. No
substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the
