They have stuff that wouldn't occur to me to construct & cook. For example, a delicate white sausage made of ground scallops and ground shrimp on a bed of broth-soaked cannellini beans.
Be prepared to spend a lot of time listening to your waiter, unless you read Italian well.

Great vibe. Good wine selection. Service was ok. Must try the handmade pasta with proscuitto and wild mushrooms!
